2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is considered confirmed only after both parties agree on pricing, specifications, and payment terms.
Luxelinens Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Custom & Private Label Orders
Custom sizes, designs, embroidery, labeling, and packaging are produced strictly according to client specifications.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate design details and approvals before production.
4. Sample Policy
We offer one (1) sample free of cost. Customers are responsible only for the shipping charges.
If more than one sample is requested (regardless of product type), additional charges will apply according to the selected items.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices may vary depending on quantity, customization, material specifications, and market conditions.
Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation.
Production may begin only after receipt of agreed advance payment (if applicable).
All international transaction fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQ varies depending on product category and customization requirements. Buyers are advised to confirm MOQ details before placing an order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally from Pakistan.
Estimated delivery time is generally 2–4 weeks depending on order size and customization.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Inspection, Returns & Claims
Buyers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any claims regarding damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Supporting evidence (photos or videos) may be required.
Custom-made or private label products are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Luxelinens Global reserves the right to determine appropriate resolution, including replacement or partial refund.
