Murata Jet Spinning (MJS) is a globally recognized eco-friendly spinning technology known for its low noise operation and high production efficiency. This advanced system can manufacture yarn counts ranging from 10s to 60s, operating at impressive speeds between 200–300 meters per minute.
Yarns produced through MJS technology offer enhanced uniformity and consistency compared to conventional spinning methods. They feature improved evenness, reduced thick and thin places, fewer neps, minimized yarn faults, and significantly lower hairiness.
Fabrics made from MJS yarn demonstrate superior performance characteristics, including enhanced wash durability, reduced pilling, improved comfort and wear resistance, minimal shrinkage, better dye absorption, fewer wrinkles, and improved breathability. Additionally, these fabrics provide a more uniform appearance, a slightly firmer texture, and enhanced moisture absorption and drying properties compared to fabrics produced from traditional yarns.
